Amy Anderson leads after 2nd round of World University Championships

LIBEREC, Czech Republic – North Dakota State senior-to-be Amy Anderson has jumped out to a lead after the second round of the World University Golf Championships on Wednesday.

Anderson, of Oxbow, N.D., shot a second-round 69 for a two-day total of 136. She leads Julia Davidsson of Sweden by one shot.

The United States leads the team competition by seven strokes over second-place Spain.

Action continues today with the third round of the four-round event.

It looks like a Spanish golfer fired a final round 64 to win by one stroke. Amy was extremely consistent with scores of 67/69/68/68 for a -16 total. Congrats to Amy.
