Izzo tweeted this as well.

Can't see how it could hurt to have a Big 12 team join the conference. It certainly bumps up the recognition

You take threads way too seriously. Even though I read this site daily I didnt see the thread. Apparently nobody else did given it has 1 reply and it doesn't show up when you click new threads. Go have a beer and relax

MIZZOU STILL SEARCHING FOR A HOME: Missouri’s decision to leave the Big 12 for the SEC left the Tigers without a conference wrestling affiliation. The Tigers are still trying to determine where they’ll land for the upcoming season, and Jarneecke said the NCAA has asked for a response in September.

“We haven’t had these specific conversations, but if they were able to get back with the Big 12, that’s a reasonable solution for us,” Jarnecke said. “If they had an affiliate membership with another conference, that’s a reasonable solution for us. And I suppose at day’s end, if those two options or any other options didn’t come to fruition, they would wrestle through the West Regional next year.”

No way B12 allows Missou to re-join as an affiliate member. Plus, NCAA requires conferences to have at least six members in order to qualify wrestlers for the national meet. Seems the Big 12 has had an exemption for several years now.
