Lost in all this scheduling talk is the report that Steve Laqua has resigned as an assistant coach. Forum talks about it in today's article. I think the saying, "Once A Bison, Always A Bison" certainly applies to Coach Laqua. He was a team player during his time at SU and he helped lead the program into Division 1 football as a coach. You'll be hard pressed to find a guy with more Bison Pride. Gotta give the guy a lot of credit to make a choice many in his profession wouldn't make, that is, to leave something he has so much passion for to spend more time with his family. A class act all around and a helluv a Bison!

Good luck Coach Laqua

He's teaching a coaching football class at NDSU right now. For those of you who haven't seen the bison team room at the dome it is quite impressive.
