ALL Summit Games Televised

Looks like midco will be televising all Mens and Womens Summit tourney Games. Not sure what that means for us webstreamers on Go Bison.

I had to pay 5 bucks to watch one game streaming on Midco's site last year. I don't know if it will be free this year or not.

Otherwise, I may actually go to SF for the tourney this time.

Weren't the Semi finals and finals also on ESPN3? Don't recall how many there were, I think we tried to watch streaming on SummitTV (? that seems to stick in my head.. except I can't find anything on it now!) and had the same problem as before and eventually halfway through the first game it worked, but we complained and got our money back (don't think it was Midco it was the SummitTV deal and if I remember right the webstream was decent...)

Added: in my search found out the quarterfinals and semis were on ESPN3 doesn't say anything about Finals being on so it probably wasn't.

Yes Womens is on ESPNU and Mens is on ESPN2... sorry didn't mean to say it wasn't televised at all, just that I did't think it was on ESPN3 last year.

Ohhh, gotcha. I think if it's on the actual ESPN/2/U network, it should be on ESPN3, no guarantee tho.

This year finals will PROBABLY be on "watchESPN" which is a different animal than ESPN3 (obviously there will still be games on ESPN3 that end up on "watchEPSN"). When they say ESPN3 now is just saying that it's on the internet available but you can also watch ESPNU and ESPN2 and ESPN on "watchESPN" too. So I think they're trying to prevent confusion but in a way they caused it by not really "advertising" watchESPN for what it is, took me awhile to figure out that it wasn't the same as ESPN3.
