Thought I'd update this thread. Despite what the commercials say, NDSU is in a tie for 4th place at the moment. That's going to change for the worse by the end of the last athletic season, but we should still stay in the top-10; probably the top-7. Not necessarily, Izzy. This rule only applies if there are 2 hooters and each is DDD or larger which equates to 12 characters. Then, and only then, do you receive the 10 character waiver. You may not have noticed this because you are always posting overly compliant pictures......and for that, I salute you! Keep up the good work, young man!

I don't watch a lot of ESPN unless it's college football season...Is there another commercial running with NDSU on it?

This year we finished tied for 8th. I was confused though when I didn't see UND in the top 20 for their hockey NC. Then I looked at the rules and an FCS football title is worth 60 points, a D1 Hockey NC is worth 20. It's on the same scale as swimming, diving, etc.

So UND might want to give us a hard time for winning an FCS title, but the NCAA puts the Hockies well below that.
