$290 for a ride only? That's pretty expensive. It's only 50 dollars more on cheapoair.com for a plane ticket. The car I plan on driving down will cost $125 in gas each way.... I think I might stick with that.

Also you are paying for a couple of drivers to drive for you. also you can get up and walk around. I will pay an extra $40 to have someone else drive me.

Our group is going to be paying a total of $200 per person and that includes ticket, gas, food, alcohol, and two nights at a Marriott.

But can you drink while you drive legally?

Haha nope. I can't "legally" drink anyway, so this shouldn't be a problem on the way down.

Yeah this would be nice. Eh, I'm a broke college student so I will need to save that $40 for some grain belt or something.

Haha I don't have a bus. We are taking my girlfriends car. She just bought a brand new car in November, so we might as well make use of it! The thing gets crazy-good gas mileage for being a V6 (like 35 to the gallon at 75mph) and the entire trip should cost less than $250 in gas (assuming gas prices dramatically rise to $3.50 per gallon). That's only 62 bucks per person, tops.

If you supply the blow I have a feeling I could find some hookers who'd be interested

Wear and tear on your car according to the IRS is $0.555 per mile so on your 2200 mile trip that would account for $1,221 of wear and tear on your girlfriends ride.

Well, if anything happens to it, it has the bumper to bumper warranty until 36,000 miles and that covers EVERYTHING and anything.

Jay is on vacation until Jan 3rd so may be too late for that...perhaps try Christopher Gabriels program would be an option. While they are both on WDAY 970 they have been very supportive of NDSU Athletics.
