I got one of these pictures a few years ago when it was taken with the SDSU game. It looks great in the informal living room/family room. IT invokes a lot of memories of attending games. I would love to have one of the new ones with the striped crowd.

Does anyone know anyone who has asked Gene specifically what will be painted at midfield and what other markings will be on the field(MVFC Logo, endzone specifics)? I would assume the athletic dept knows how the field will look, ie mockup, sketch, etc

Did anyone noticet the photographer that was on the 50 yard line during the GSU game and was spinning a complete 360 degrees? Not sure if this was the same people that published this panoramic photo or not. This photo looks like it is taken from the press box.

We bought the unframed version of the last one. We couldn't find the right size frame for it so we mounted it on a piece of Bison green 36x40 poster board and then surrounded it by tailgating photos and the ticket from the game and put it in a full sized poster frame. It looks pretty awesome. I plan to do the same with this one.

Just got mine in the mail. My gf is a custom picture framer and we are going over options now. Looks amazing so far with green and yellow mats with a nice black frame. I will post a pic when it is finished. Anyone intrested in having her do it let me know.

I just may have to replace the other panoramic in my office. It still bugs me everyday when I look at it that we are playing SDSU and lost that day. The Georgia Southern win would be a lot more enjoyable to look at. It is easy to point out my seats to people though on the old one as my daughter had a very light pink blanket covering her up and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

This picture is incredible. I love looking up in the press boxes. You can see 2 GSA coaches scouting out something with binoculars. Then you see the ESPN Crew and a camera man up high. THen you see some Bison coaches. The one next to Vigen is doing a facepalm. :facepalm: Sorry that is funny on Bisonville.

I am not sure how I feel about that shot. I like that because its a wide angle shot that that field isn't 'bent' but i feel like doing it from the other end would have been cooler. However, I get that it on the 'Bison' side...so there's that.

We were 2nd row endzone so...can't see ourselves.

Based on the game clock - 26 seconds left in the first quarter. My brother is missing, and I'm looking, I think at the little kid who was sitting (standing) in front of me. He was pretty awesome - great little fan. We had a conversation going for most of the game.

That would definitely explain why I'm standing all tense with my arms crossed and a scowl on my face.

I think the clock on the scoreboard is probably just made up. It says the score is 0 when it was actually 7-3 ISU at that point in the game.

This wasn't all taken at once, it's several photos knitted together my a computer.

It's more then one picture put together number 40 for them is on the field and on the sideline. Look at the refs and isu sideline they're not even watching the play. 70 for them is more worried about what I'm saying then the game.

I understand full well what it is; its a GigaPan 360 with an DSLR on it. It takes about 4 mins to take all the pictures. The computer frames - shoots - then moves to the outer most edge and repeats. Then its compiled and stitched together.

When did they do this picture? I swear every time they do these...im gone. My seats were second row endzone, but when i zoom in....none of us are there. Granted we got into the stadium late...so that doesn't help. just a huge bummer.

Yeah, we were sitting in 118 IN with the redshirt freshmans to the right...very quickly did we realize those were NOT our seats.

It kinda surprises me how much of a delay that had between pictures. If you look at the middle of the field the white hat and the umpire are talking like they do during either a tv timeout or after a scoring play. Then you scan towards the play and you see the same white hat and umpire. Well if they had that many refs on the field at once how did they not see KE being held quite often ;) Then they had one ref not even looking at the play. Nevermind that explains it.

Then Wentz obviously has the ball and we have like 10 offensive linemen out there. 5 are blocking for Wentz and then 5 are chasing after the pass was completed. Once again how do we not totally dominate ISU if this were the case :)
