Snooooooorrrrre.......

Hopefully the only excitement surrounding this game will be the massive drunken party we're having after the FB win carrying over to our basketball team.

Hopefully Tray gives us some good alley-oops tonight.

We need to stop playing colleges that should not even exist. Seriously, shut down Mayville State College. That school provides nothing of worth to society. At least switch a team like Mayville with Minot State. At least they're in the NSIC.

I was thinking there would be like 4,000+ in the stands tonight cause we're all on this FB high right now and we just want to cheer on some more Bison. But maybe there won't me many there tonight.

I like how Scotty Miller makes the seamless transition from the FB game with the national championship appearance on the line to a MBB game against meaningless Mayville St. That has to be tough, but then again, I would love to get paid to do play by play of sporting events

We litterally didn't play basketball in the 2nd half. I think Saul gave the opposite of a motivational speech.

We played some good defense but mayville was horrible. They shot like Junior high kids and I'm not even saying that to be mean. brick after brick after airball after brick. Was mayville the team that played a really good fullcourt press a few years ago?

Our bigs were dominating like they haven't since highschool recruiting film.. Eric Carlson was the closest thing to a PF/C we had in the 2nd half.

We had 12 steals in pretty much the first half alone. I have never left a bison basketball or football game early, and I seriously considered it at the start of halftime.. but my girlfriend was the fan of the game and we scooped a SL tee and some free food out of staying.

Marshall played 14 minutes and had 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Kudos to the mayville parents that were at the football game though. +++

It's a good game for the local teams and it's not like Summit teams don't get blown out by 30-40 a few times each year.

Interesting stance. Im going to seek out NDSU's (mens) last 30+ point loss. 11-12 biggest loss 4 points, 10-11 19 points #17 UM, 09-10 14 points, 08-09 14 points, 07-08 found one 32 points, 06-07 14 points, 05-06 26 points.

26, 32 and you missed a 42 point loss in 04-05 but we usually don't schedule elite teams. If we did we'd get blown out more often. Mayville and Minot getting to play us is like us getting a shot at Duke every year.

Summit losses so far this year include Oakland down 55-27 at halftime to Arkansas, 46 point UMKC loss to Wisconsin, 33 point SUU loss to SDSU,
30 point IUPUI loss to Louisville, and why not throw in future member UNO's losses of 33, 43 and 36

Hmmm... I think you also forgot the wins against Wisconsin and Marquette. Would be a real shame to play elite teams.
