Does anyone know of any charter bus packages that will be organized?? I am hoping to get info tonight or tomorrow. Either I can be in an informal group or in a charter bus package. Again, PM me with info if you have it, or just reply here if you have a site link.

I think it's just gonna be sitting at Tailgators for me.... can't really afford any of these prices. But, if anyone is trying to organize a driving trip with a bunch of people....i might be down depending on the cost.

I would think that there would be a same day or one night/day charter to keep the cost down.

Whoa... sticker shock.

We have flight and hotel leaving Thursday and returning Monday for about 1200 w/ taxes, trip ins (incase of a blizzard) and all. Add game ticks and a car and we will be way less than $2800

My brother and I each have a pilots license. He is actually an instructor. We could climb into a 4 person Cherokee Comanchee from Vic's and be to Frisco in about 5 hours. Stay over night and 5 hours back. 4 people, 10 hours, just under $200 an hour and we would be looking at 500 bones per person. Of course we would need tix and a hotel too. The only way I can come up cheaper is to pile 6 guys in my wife's minivan with some movies and beer for the passengers and dive the 16 hours. That comes out to $80 per person plus game ticket and hotel. But, that's also 32 hours in a vehicle, too.

I sat down and did some calcumalatin' and I have come up with a price of less than $200 for a 3 day trip. We are putting 4 people in a car that gets 33 to the gallon and gas is going to cost $250 (at 3.50 per gallon) round trip. That's slightly more than $60 per person. Then there is the ticket, which is $45 dollars (Where can I get about 4??). This brings the price to about $105. Then a hotel between 4 people for two nights is another $50 per person. Then, allowing about $40 for food for 2 full days, the price is now about $195 per person. Completely do-able. However, I am having difficulties acquiring 4 tickets for my friends and I.... any help?

Not 21 yet, bar tab equals $20 beer run. Anyway, it isn't looking like it won't fall through as I can't get tickets for face value and I can't afford any expensive ones!!

Would you fly down Friday or early Saturday morning? I'm thinking this is the best option for me (what you're suggesting); however, I live in Sioux Falls. Would you be able to land , like at the Tea airport? The more I thinnk about this, the better it sounds. PM me and let's do more talking.
