Trying to decide if I should upgrade my cable service for one month to get ESPN U or if I can count on espn3 for the broadcast. Anybody know if ESPN3 will carry the game this weekend?

All season long if the game is on any of the ESPN channels, ESPN3 has it as well. Then there are games like the NDSU/Indiana State game that was exclusively on ESPN3.

ESPNU should show the game in HD, not like that 480i resolution they used for espn gameplan. :(

Yeah, ESPNU is in HD. ESPN Gameplan doesn't broadcast in HD. Since the original broadcast will be in HD, then the ESPN3 feeds should be as well.

Thanks Guys! I am going to go with the ESPN3 version as they have a much better quality, just if it would buffer so much...

Nothing beats live football. I find it to be the best quality viewing.

I'd be there if I wasn't 1,500 miles away. Mrs. Hammerhead and I plan to attend the game in Frisco if we beat GSU.

I was there last weekend but have a conflict this weekend or else I would be there...

But wouldn't this game be a conflict with that conflict? Which conflict is more important?

My internet connection has been fast enough that I don't have to worry about the buffering. I know when I have streamed something on a slow connection, I pause for about 15 minutes and then watch it without the stopping to buffer. I don't know if that works with espn3. I know it worked with other venues.
