Any word on reserving Tailgate spots for the Playoffs ? Price ?
I can't remember what Teamakers did last year for the game (as far as contacting us), I just know it was same price as regular season.
We will be reserving our 10 spots for all playoff games... looking forward to the single digit temps. Carharts, boots, coffee and Baileys, now that is a Tailgate !

What is up with the prices? $15 a spot with two required....$30 to tailgate for one game? Seems a bit greedy to me unless I am misunderstanding something???

Isn't a tailgating spot really 2 parking spots?

It's always been a 2 spot minimum... which makes sense for tailgating.
It would be nice to get charged for the 1st game and rest of the playoffs free .... just sayin'.

Does the NCAA get money for the tailgating/parking revenue as well? Just wondering if that was considered with the bid process or if NDSU gets to keep 100% of the money off tailgating revenue?

I would wager a vast majority of the tailgating revenue (the $15 teammakers variety anyway) pays for security which in turn provides us with the ability to tailgate. Don't like it, don't agree with it, but that's the only way the anti-fun pucker-butts will allow alcohol. Commence fire, on my mark.

MARK.

The money from parking goes to pay the Fargo Dome, porta potties and security. From what I understand after all expenses Teammakers cleared 36,000.00 on the parking last year. Considering these facts I doubt it was figured in to the bidding process.

To what purpose does the money that Teammakers makes go to? Teammakers isnt in charge of capital improvements for the Dome.

Just a suggestion... If taken seriously, please have them cancel the check.

Teammakers isnt in charge of capital improvements for the Dome. This isn't really a Teammakers bill...this is just tailgating costs...Teammakers just get "priority seating" so to speak. You don't have to be a teammaker to get tailgating spots...

The Fargodome has about $30,000,000 dollars in the bank. That is where the money is going to come from for your improvement suggestions.

Tailgate spots are allocated according to priority points . After Teammakers get there spots then the rest are open to the public if Iam not correct.

So what improvements are in serious discussion? I heard of plans for paving west side of the trees in the near future....

so in a few weeks, does that mean we will have to remove the snow from a spot just to tailgate or will the lot be cleared by the dome? :)

I am pulling our trailer to the dome with a wheel loader, just in case.

Home Depot will have their annual snow shovel sale starting Friday before the playoff game.

Im bringing the snowblower so i can launch it all over where the Frisco Cruiser parks. Then we can all be entertained by " bury the rear bumper " in the SNOW, instead of the GRASS this time. Thanx for the entertainment Cruiser Gang, or is it HANDO AND THE CRUISERS now !! :D
