I watched EWU take on ISU yesterday. Even if EWU had made the playoffs, I wouldn't have been terrified of them. They are significantly worse this year than last year.

OT. Red Turf caused a fumble. Bill Fette thought it happened before the ball hit the turf.

Brock ran to the 1 on 2nd and goal in the second drive of OT and it was ruled a fumble (EWU recovered). EWU had already scored on their first possession of OT, so it was game over.

Very true; 2 or 3 4th down conversions; all with under 2 minutes to go.....Wow!!! Just looking at that ugly ass field in Cheney hurts my eyes; it reminded me of being at Husker Stadium this fall (Buckeye game); 85 to 90,000 folks wearing RED; even the fans from tHE Ohio State University were wearing red. I had nightmares after that game.
