Big East defections impact Valley Basketball?

I haven't spent much time thinking this through, but could the Big East defections lead to a team or two leaving the Valley for the Big East? Or maybe that's too big of a stretch?

Butler, Xavier etc. before valley teams

Everything hinges on the Big East and whether or not is splits. If it does split Creighton could be an attractive option but they would be the only possibility from the MVC.

The Summit should offer Air Force and Denver a spot, doubtful they'd accept but if AFA really wants to step down to a level where they'd be more competitive moving to the MVC certainly makes no sense whatsoever.
