How about any other sports have we faced ranked teams at home? I can only think of SDSU in women's basketball a couple years ago.

I don't really know much about volleyball, but the two things i noticed against isu and und. If I'm way off, please correct me.

1. Whenever we spike it from the corners, nothing good happens. However, if the opposing team spikes it from the corner we never stop it.

2. It seems we have more mental lapses than the other teams. Unforced errors, etc.

I realize ISU is crazy good, so that probably has something to do with it.

Unforced errors alot of the time are a result from the other time putting too much pressure on you. Teams that make a lot of errors either have poor ball control or they just aren't as strong as the other team.

I am not sure about attacking from the antennas. It can either mean your outside/rightside hitters aren't very strong, or you aren't passing well enough to establish your middle or an offense so your always having to set it outside. Do we get blocked on the outside? Is the passing on the net, or is it off at the 10' line or worse?

I'll say this about the team - they looked A LOT better than Tuesday. Yeah they still lost, but they kept it close to a top ranked team.

Unfortunately, just lost the second set 25-27. Some great points. Oddly, the crowd seems a little subdued.

You're right about the scoreboard, Tony. However, my All Access is very choppy today. Keeps rebuffering every few seconds. No other sites seem slow to load. I was watching CBS News video without a problem.
