He said he put on weight so he could slim down at camp rather than trying to bulk up.

just saw this - thought i'd pass along.

I was at the first Bronco's practice yesterday - he was very vocal calling audibles, etc. Looked good to me though I may be slightly biased.

From what my limited view sees, not to mention biased, it seems like he is a real fan favorite down in Denver. I'm sure his rough style and big hit on Moiaki(butchered that name) probably helped.
