I will be taking my venison to the processor with in the next two week. Anything special anyone wants? Did anyone get any of the Farmers sausage? It looked like ring bologna but in a smaller ring. How did you like it and should I get more?
How about the chedder wurst and garlic summer sausage?
Deer stick? Jerky?

The deer sticks are nice and very spicy. The cheederwurst brats have a nice smokey taste. More updates later.
