Apparently he didn't know that people leave for greener grass. Or in our case, a much nicer facility, better pay, a great city, and a traditional football power.

This amps me up for that game even more now. I can't wait to see if we can keep their offense under 300 yards now. And maybe gain more than 200 yard of our own on offense.

It shows how worried Farley is about the presence of North Dakota State in 'his' league. He should be. We will be knocking on the door of the conference championship and playoff contention every single year. Being out of contention will be a rare occurance...as is the norm for the Bison. Farley knows it.

Including a punch to the gut from the UNI player that league officials couldn't see...that being the 'first' punch. No excuse for Pat, but the UNI player wasn't punished for a double-thug performance.

Agreed. Just cause you lose to someone doesn't mean you show them any respect. The only way anyone ever earned my respect when I wrestled in high school was if they were humble in victory(usually not a problem), and gracious in defeat(A lot of issues with this).

UNI is a lot like the old Miami Hurricanes of our conference. Lot of swagger, lot of character issues(hey, we aren't ones to talk haha). I think of us more like...maybe an Oklahoma or Nebraska. Or a hybrid of the two O_o??

Momentum has shifted big time....and F@@ley obviously knows it. For crying out loud UNI was given a gift of playing Lehigh at home in the playoffs last year and they were humiliated in every way. We shall see if that is a sign of things to come. Yes, the Bison are 0-3, but our turn is coming and this season could be a rude awakening for the men in purple.

a UNI player did not force Pat Paschall into the fargodome wall. He was trying to keep him from falling to the ground while pinning him up against the wall. Coach Farley did not move the suspensions of his players past the NDSU game. The players indicated that they were tired after the NDSU game and wanted to take the next game off. Our WR was not swearing at the NDSU student section. He was kindly asking the students if they were enjoying themselves at the game. Coach Farley and UNI are not cheap thugs. They very much like NDSU and are looking forward to another cleanly played and competitive game.

Welcome to the world of college football, someone would think that he would have known by now that if a program with the resources to go out a pluck a coach from a rival, and who is qualified, is going to go for it every damn time. Worried Farley? See a program with momentum, a program that is giving you some competition in recruiting, a program that has the resources to go out and get a coach off a rivals staff, a program that is the premier football program in their state and doesn't play 3rd fiddle...
