Major difference the "school" decided on its own to retire the nickname.
The"skool" up north agreed to a legally binding agreement to stop the
use of the nickname. Quit wasting my tax dollars in Bismarck. If the issue
comes to a vote "EVERY" legislature that votes yes should be voted out of
office for wasting taxpayer time and money.
