Was just looking at our rivals.com classes and looked over 2008 and noticed that there was only 1 person left from that class that signed with us according to rivals. I don't know when Osborne left but I found where he was.

Only played on the scout team this past year. Wonder if he'll ever play down there?

2008 certainly had the talent but nothing else, including character or brains (e.g. B-McF and the Best Buy Crew.) 17 guys signed, three guys are still on the team, one graduated (Yuen Taufetee), plus Reed Duchscher walked on.

Preston Evans, Joe Lund and Jose Mohler out of the deal. Good guys there, even those Jose got in plenty of trouble early, but 2008 is easily the worst signing class NDSU has had in the last 30 years.

ND: 0-2 (really strange since NDSU usually does such a good job of ND recruiting)
MN: 1-5
WI: 0-3
SD: 1-1
MI: 0-3
TX: 0-1
CA: 1-1
Samoa: 1-1

Ty Beckius walked on as well.

Definately a completely awful, nightmare of a class.

If it makes you guys feel any better I'm part of the Bisonville recruiting class of '08 and I'm still here.

Didn't we have a few Michigan guys on the roster that bailed, too? Kevin Jackson is in that number, no?

Sidenote: I was really disappointed when K-Jack left the team (though certainly for better reasons than most, as he headed to the track team). Dude was a baller and I was looking forward to yelling "K-JACK!" any time K-Jack jacked someone up.

Yes, he can! I think Kevin Jackson made a good decision to focus on track.
