Longest TD reception in the history of NDSU football last year. This year, didn't see much of the field but I'll probably never forget that play (Mertens to Williams against Illinois State, Homecoming 2009.)

His end around at the end of the '07 Cal Poly game was pretty awesome too.

What, we had an end around play at one point? Seriously tho, he was underutilized, as were the balance of our WR's. Once again, good assistance in downfield blocking and running off DB's on our screens.

Yeah, for the two point conversion after the long Heckendorf bomb that capped the comeback. Iirc, Williams also ran the ball a bit early in his career.
