I know Matt played a lot this year and he has a ton of tackles for a defensive lineman but, honestly, the sack against Montana State to end their first drive is one play that sticks out - there was a nice BI story about him at the Bison youth football camp too.

Solid player. Hadn't we recruited the ultra talented Leevon Perry he would have startrd this year. I remember last year he filled in brilliantly when Fairbairn got hurt. His hair will be his legacy. :)

Solid player imho. He and others on the 2 deep roster are why our defense did so well. Keeping the guys fresh helped wear teams down.

Phillips was a solid player. He gave us depth and spelled Perry or Gratzek when needed. He would have started for other teams in the MVC. He will be a big loss.
