this just IN! Saturday’s game [Dec. 4] will be televised nation-wide
The Montana State Bobcats will host the North Dakota State Bison in what is sure to be another great Football game!! Kickoff is 12:05 MST, so adjust accordingly. The game will be on Altitude Sports, which is Channel 681 on DirecTV and Channel 410 on DISH Network.

Great news! I was hoping it would be on something other than ESPN 3 cause Cable One sucks!

It is also on the ND NBC Network. I don't know if that affects DirecTv subscribers in ND.

No problems if you are watching live. Could get a rude surprise if you set a DVR.

I only wish...

We have a mortgage and a rent payment right now, so expensive trips are on hold until we sell our house in DL. Once that happens, we'll have a little more extra money to spend. $12.99 for 1 month is much more doable. ;)

So who's producing the game? Will the ND statewide broadcast have Scott Peters and Lee Timmerman or will they be MSU announcers?

I believe this is an ESPN production. I'm sure they'll have their own guys.

Better than MSU homer rubes. Watching the UNI game was dreadful.

I said that if Max Media produced it that it would be done in HD, ESPN is producing it so we dont know. All of our games this year have been in HD up to this point. we will have to wait and see.

ESPN hardly does anything not in HD anymore... hopefully it is in HD though.

It's officially showing up on the program guide, now... apparently we are Division 2 according to Altitude. Of the 3 options to watch the game, they are the best possibility for HD. People not in Bozeman keep your fingers crossed!

The one on Directv says D-2. That's what I was referring to.

what does it say on the HD channel? They usually show an "HD" if it will be a high def broadcast.

It depends on the channel. Some do and some don't. That being said, I don't see an HD logo next to the game in the guide on Altitude, and none of the other broadcasts are saying anything about it, so I'd be surprised if it was in HD. I'm pretty sure that they are just using the local feed, so it is a safe bet they don't have the HD equipment.

They were all HD, but with this one being ESPN/Altitude/Max Media....we haven't heard whether this is or not. MaxMedia did our games during the regular season with HD but since they are just picking upp the signal this time....
