Is anyone else from Bison country (or someone you might know) in Maui this weekend?* If so PM me and we'll figure out a way to watch this game. 9 am local kickoff. So far my understanding is that the only way to see this game is a webcast on NCAA All Access?

*Yes this is more of a rubbing in of the fact that I'm in Hawaii while most of you are suffering through a snow storm. :D But...just in case someone really is here.

I'll take a snowstorm and tickets to a Bison play off game over Maui and a web cast of said game any day.

Poor sob will be missing the first playoff game in the dome. Isn't that just the cat's meow?

ROFLMAO. He's missing history being made. First playoff game in the Fargodome. First FCS playoff game for NDSU. First tailgating in a foot of snow. Must suck to be stuck in Maui.:rofl::rofl:

Let this be a reminder to all you young men out there. Find a girl who is a big football fanatatic and you will not have to worry about said problem. Best month to get married in is June as there is no hunting or football at that time. Best honeymoon option is going on a fishing trip to Lake of the Woods.

Best honeymoon option is a road football game, preferably someplace nice (UC-Davis for mine).

1. I agree 2. Don't be the chicks "b*tch", getting married is sacrifice enough...plus how much planning are you really going to be involved in? Make your request be the dates. 3. I'm glad MN and I had the foresight to plan for this potential scenario...and it's allowing us to pull off the most epic sports week I've ever had.

I don't like compromise... probably why I'm single. If I want to do something, well, I'm going to do it.

Bingo. There ARE women out there than will let you be independent. Just might take you a little longer to find someone that fits your life. Besides, everyone does want something different out of their life.

Well sadly enough the dates were the only thing chosen by me...and sadly enough (but can you really blame me) I really did not see the Bison making the playoffs this year. The statistics for a team going 3-8 and making playoffs the next year are not very good. I chose Nov. 20th as I thought "hmm...missouri state, that'll be a cake walk.".....wrong. And planned the honeymoon for right after without even thinking about it. I really was pissed at myself for missing the first home playoff game (and still am for the most part) but actually being here has eased my mind about it a bit. Yell like Hell tomorrow Bison fans! Wish I could be there.

I didn't know you guys were that serious about each other. Sure, I saw the way you look at each other...the way you hold hands. Good for you guys.

how was the Maui watch party????

It was a party of 1 (wife had too much sun and didn't feel well). The view was the only thing that kept me sane from the slow ass internet connection that cost $10 a day. Right below our balcony was the pool...good scenery but by the end of the game a lot of people were looking at me quite strange like. This guy gets a little animated when watching the bison on tv/internet.

As you can see even though I missed the first home playoff game in the dome...I still had it pretty good.

The issue isn't the wife, I think a few people on here could attest to the fact that she's awesome (for now). The issue is I've been away from work for almost 2 weeks and after being on a plane for 11 hours on monday night / tuesday I really do not want to be in a car for 8 hours one way. Yeah I know, pile it on.
