One other comment: Seems like we have a little Bison attitude coming back.

This has no impact on the At Large playoffs as far as I know.

But man what does Delaware have to prove to make #1 they have pounded every team they played

That poll is very real. It's the coaches poll from 10/4, with updated records from this weekend.

The rankings come out tommorow. Seems like we go through this every single week. They update records close to immediately. Saragins comes out on sunday i think, but thats just number crunching.

Delaware is ranked above Notre Dame in Saragins. The machines believe. Also Montana St should be #1, they were robbed in there FBS game. Refs blew that game.

59 points to ISU blue will usually do the trick...

Deleware is not ranked above Notre Dame. It only looks like it because of the PC way USA Today publishes the rankings. Look at the predictor, that is the real number. Deleware is 52. Notre Dame is 46.

The order they are published in is meaningless. The Elo Chess column is used for the BCS. The predictor is the best estimate but it uses margin of victory as an input and the BCS doesn't allow that. USA Today publishes them in order of an average of the two, a literally meaningless arrangement.

Wonder why New Hampshire drop to 23 after blanking Richmond who is now ranked 11. Am I missing something?

Funny how we're ranked in the middle of our conference but ranked ahead of everyone else in the polls.

I think anything out of the top 10 is a crap shoot. Many teams that just arent consistant. Wait---they ARE consistantly non-consistant.:D

I think it's somewhat fair. We're good enough to beat anyone. We're also good enough to lose to anyone. Let's discuss next week if we beat ISU Red.

Nobody else has a win over an FBS team. Close games don't count. Just wins.

Pretty sure he was referring to NDSU being ranked ahead of all MVFC teams in the polls but in the middle of the pack in the conference standings.

I think SDSU gets extra points for playing a top-30 team, even though they lost.
