When we were subbing guys in and out were most of them due to personnel changes that WIU made?? If that's the case, the rules state we are supposed to be given time to get our changes in there also. The one TD that WIU threw to the NW corner of the endzone, our DB didn't even have time to get set before the play started. That was the most extreme case but it seemed like all game long we were consistently getting our guys into position right before the snap of the ball.
