I would swap USD and UNI, if not totally removed USD

Subjectively I have to like where NDSU is at but I'm surprised USD moves up despite a bad loss - they kind of got their terrible defense exposed and to me that only hurts their ranking. Other than that I dig it.

This isn't a 'official" poll, this is students ballot as a voter in the AGS (Any Given Saturday) poll

I know. I just think his ballot's a little screwey. ;)

USD was behind NDSU at 14 last week, so they dropped 4 spots in my ballot. UNI is 1-2 and is trending the wrong way, which makes it hard for me to give them a lot of love.

I think USD still should be ranked, no bad losses and I love their QB. I think they will do very well in the GWFC(none of those teams are as physical as NDSU). Plus the bottom 10 of the poll is very weak, a lot of the preseason favorites have been exposed and have put questionable teams high in the poll.

Reasonable enough - I keep forgetting most people base their ballots off of theirs of weeks past as opposed to where I know they ended up falling on the poll so in that light it makes sense. Agreed on UNI/the bottom 10.

Why is YSU behind UNI? Uni was blown out by Ist. When YSU put up 7 on penn state in the first qtr and scored again later. Not to mention YSU has a better record and beat SIU early in the season before they were deemed to be horseshit(which i hope will happen in the next 3 games when they are 2-5(or 1-6, maybe beat the jacks idk[aka 0-6 1-5 in games that actually count]). I dont like ranking non playoff participants, its worthless imo.

Serious question, How does beating an NAIA or D2 team give you any credibility in the rankings? Losing, definetly should drop you down, but winning shouldnt allow you to hold a spot or move up. I think NAIA or D2 games should be treated as a BYE or a Loss depending on the outcome of the game, bye if you win or loss if you lose.
