Preview:

8. Panthers inexperienced offensive line. The Panthers’ offensive line enters the year with a combined three starts, all by left tackle Jay Teply. Projected starters Kaleb Admire (left guard), Austin Zlab (center), Brian Palangi (right guard) and Misha Damilove (right tackle) are all making their first career start against NDSU.

In the physical Missouri Valley, this was the greatest concern of UNI head coach Mark Farley headed into the Panther’s season opener. “We lost some very good players. Over the last couple years our offensive line was very, very good; mature players that had been in the system a very long time,” said Farley. “That gave us three years worth of players who knew the system. Now you’re going through another stage of basically the next generation, the next group coming through.”
