If Scott announced it on air, I'm guessing it's right. Now if only Mediacom would pick up the game. If there is anyone down in Iowa who knows if this is even is an option please let me know.

This would be awesome if it is true, since I will be out in the western part of the state this weekend. Any confirmation yet??

Keep calling in. Calls equal interest in the eyes of the media and interest equals money.

Since not one seems willing to help on the slingbox idea, does anyone know how far south KVLY goes into SD? Do they have it in Watertown? Or do I need to go all the way to Sisseton?

I'm told there should be an announcement coming sometime this morning regarding statewide coverage of the NDSU v. UNI game.

I'm not sure if this helps you or not, but the game will be on KWWL, the local NBC affiliate out of the Waterloo area. I don't know how cable companies work, so I don't know how to tell you if its an option if Mediacom would pick it up.

In my experience Sisseton is about the limit. Then you get up into the hills and it gets spotty.

Hell, $9.95 for the stream from UNI is a good deal. I am going to do that and then run it to my TV via my HDMI output on my laptop.

You can not get KVLY in Watertown. Sisseton, maybe. I know my parents have pulled it in while camping at Lake Traverse.

I'm fairly certain since the DTV switch that stations footprints are much smaller.

Please accept our apologies in advance of the UNI / NDSU football game. The analyst, (Rick Coleman) sports director for KWWL is a U of I alumn and un apologetic hawkeye *** kisser. When the other game in the state concludes, Rick will be like a giddy school boy with his emotions running un-checked for the love of his hawks.

Each time Rick mentions the hawks, take a drink.

over / under on hawk mentions 31

Sincerely KWWL
