The day is finally here! NDSU travels to Lawrence, KS to take on the Jayhawks of Kansas University! It's a re-match of the fabled basketball match-up of 2009's 1st-round NCAA Tournament game.

Kansas is a tough match-up, fielding recruits attracted by the team's Orange Bowl win after losing some of the team's strongest players in Todd Reesing and Dezmon Briscoe. Inexperience is the watchword of this team, so the Bison will need to capitalize on mistakes and play with maturity despite the youth the Bison will be fielding.

This game could play a huge role in a successful season for NDSU, and a strong start could bode well for the rest of the year.

I'm fine with Jose. The only reason he missed Veldman was because Holloway ran the same route. So far just one really horrid pass but at the same he has had some nice drives and has done a good job of eluding pressure.
