“I just hope she can recover from this, because she’s critically needed by the institution,” he added.

Great quote by Gilbertson!

The Forum had an earlier article announcing she had a stroke, where he said he hoped she can recover from this. Then when she passed away, they ( the forum) updated the top part of the article saying she has now died, but didn't bother to correct the context of any comments in the other half of the article.

Typical laziness by the forum. It's really hard to believe the incompetence at that paper.

if you weren't from the area and were in Fargo for the first time......and happened to read the forum for that day you would think that:

A. NDSU sucks
B. und is equivalent to Harvard, and is world renowned in all sports
C. There are people here named Heywood Jablome
..........and now........
D. People can recover from being dead

A tough day for Concordia.....it is a great liberal arts college and a vital part of higher ed in the Northern Plains. I am sure CC will go on from here and continue a great tradition in education.
