Who is FCS champion next year?

I know you all are mourning the loss of our friend Dave Coulson at the SportsNetwork, but the new guy Craig Haley isn't too bad.

He has an article on the potential break through candidates for the FCS champion next season, SIU is on that list. It's a good read. It will be interesting to see if NDSU ever makes a list like that again.
