Have any of you had a chance to read this years "Rectum?" All I can say is that nearly every article completely lays into Hanson and Alstadt, it is completely hilarious. I am hoping to post some excerpts later :nod:

I've never heard of hte Rectum, but I'm guessing it's some underground or satirical student newspaper? Any info on where a strapping NDSU student like myself would get a copy?

The Rectum is the April Fool's Day edition of the Spectrum. It's distributed just like any other edition.

Too, bad they aren't laying into those two more in the non-satirical version of the paper.

They are distributed all over campus, you should be able to grab one where the spectrum is normally located. Otherwise, I'm sure you will be able to go the the Spectrums office above Varsity Mart and get a copy.

I love "The Rectum!" Please post excerpts if you get a chance. We had some fun during my time as the Sports Editor. We had a "PIMP" service set up by my brother for guys who needed dates and quoted his girlfriend at the time. It was hilarious. She didn't like it so much. I think that's why I pitched it ...
We included a pic from him at the Turf ... priceless. Oh, "The Rectum." Nice work Spectrum, looking forward to seeing it!
