I guess they didnt see the concern the Iowa board of regents had with the athletic budget at UNI.

But on the other hand, good for Ben.

$3.5 million increase in total compensation. Not bad.

Great increase!!!! but I think he could have done a lot better in terms of money if he would have been willing to move.

It isn't as if the 10 year length of the deal means anything. He could take a different job next week.

Actually, that is the plan.

UNI needs money bad. They are going to use the payout to subsidize their bowling team.
