I would love to see Ford get stuffed tonight, I think these guys will have a rebuttal after the infamous "fluke" statement from everyone's favorite Eagle when they came to Fargo.

I'd love to see the Bison win this and think they're a better team than they were even just near Christmas, but ORU has just been a huge venue for hosting games. If Missouri and New Mexico lost there, I have to say I'm not optimistic about our chances.

NDSU makes a game of it but ultimately the home crowd makes their presence felt. ORU pulls away in the last few minutes as the hostile environment wears down on our boys. 78-67 ORU.

I believe that facility is used for a large number of their religious ceremonies as well. I know that the funeral for Roberts was held there. That, I'm sure is the reson for the luxurious looking seats. You know, if Edna Thornapple spent her late husbands pension giving to the church, she deserves a comfortable seat for Sunday service.

The thing I noticed last night is they played like crap together as a team. How many passes did I see that were basically 2 foot handoffs because 2 people were in the same exact spot. They looked lost and their spacing was terrible. They did a terrible job of reading their teammate and getting into the right position. Shot selection looked very forced and they were not putting up the open shot just putting up "A" shot. Foot work was terrible as they looked off balance on most shots.

Last night's game was tough to watch. Our team has great toughness and I think our coaching staff has squeezed almost everything possible out of this group. Unfortunately, we lack depth and athleticism this season. Things could have been different if Saul had the full roster he anticipated last summer. Coleman would make a huge difference to this team. Felt's shooting is missed. Flowers.. Anyway, if Vaughn, Tveidt, and Carlson are not hitting on all cylinders the team is going to be in trouble.

The Bison can beat ORU, but the margin for error is very small. ORU has definite advantages in athletic ability and depth. Last night, they wore us down and our shooting was very poor.

We need a win tomorrow night at Centennary.
