The campus might be closed, but the BSA will be open tonight for the women's game. Oakland arrived in Fargo yesterday..

The Bison-Grizzlies matchup is a contrast of styles. Oakland does not start a player over 5-11, which means the 6-5 Burich could be a tough matchup.

 I like there this is going! Should be a good game tonight, I hope to be there.

I wonder if the seniors (Jill and Inger) will still be benched?

they didn't start last game cuz they weren't producing and we beat the team that was #1 in the summit I believe.

Anyone that missed this game should consider themselves lucky. Go buy a powerball ticket or something.

Something like 30 turnovers by the Bison, right?

After committing 28 turnovers and being down by at least 11 in the second half somehow the Bison managed to get back within 2 points and Oakland missed the front end of a bonus free throw with about 10 seconds left. The Bison then drove down the court, passed up shooting a couple of times and again managed to throw the ball away as time ran out.

Hint to players:

SHOOT THE DAMN BALL

Dehoff apparantly asked the players to do their best Vikings impressions during this game. Really tough to watch. 30 fumbles.

Also, is it so hard to move on the offensive end? We come in with the same set offense 95% of our trips down the court. Stand around, rotate the ball at the top of the key and two options: 1. dribble into nowhere, stop and look to pass (turnover), or 2. lob the ball inside (turnover). :banghead:

The Gopher game all over again. Gotta take care of the ball ladies!

Yeah, I watched it too - there were some pretty long stretches of terrible basketball by our own. Seriously, 9 more turnovers than baskets? Gotta think that this is fixable if the team wants it badly enough.

While they are definitely out of sync, I still think they have a better shot at making the NCAAs than the men.
