Bucky can't do it forever. When he decides to retire, who do you speculate would take over? Who would be an excellent leader for the historical Bison wrestling program?

Are they grooming Kish for the position?

Id go with Kish, NOT Bucky's son, no offense.

Kish was a great wrestler for the Gophers, but he sure doesnt have much coaching experience.

I've heard that Bucky's kid probably won't take it. That true?

Terry and/ or Troy Steiner.

Either or both would have the 'star' attraction for recruiting that this team needs to land top talent.

Great wrestlers.....either one would make a great coach for the Bison.

Tangent but I heard the other day that something like 10 of the 11 head coaches in the Big 10 have ties to Iowa. That's not a coaching tree it's a forest.

Jack's intention I believe was to return someday when dad retires, but Jacks program is fully endowed at Northern Colorado and he loves it there. He runs a huge whole week tourney there that Vettel goes and MCs for. He has it made there. ;)

Actually Jack is no longer coaching at Northern Colorado. He gave up coaching to be the full time Development Director.
