He will be transferring in for the next semester, so he will be in spring football!

Love his coach's description as "nasty and hard-working." Coach compares his tenacity and attitude to former NDSCS player Ricky Henry who now starts for Nebraska.

With the graduation of both Buckman and Foster, OG was a need. Anderson will be able to compete for a starting spot in the spring, and at the very least this helps OL depth.

NDSCS to NDSU. keep that pipeline flowing, basketball too!

Minnetonka always has a good O line, think Jake Kuppe Gophers.

Exactly! Badly needed and actually has some size as opposed to several who would be competing with him. I especially like that he is coming in this spring as you say

Great addition, we needed some instant depth on the OL. Now if we can just find a transfer to bring in at defensive back and I will be very happy.

AWESOME! Nice to have a player with some experience added to the O line depth chart!

Side note on Anderson. His high school coach at Minnetonka was Dave Nelson, brother of former Bison and New England Patriots player Steve Nelson. Minnetonka also sent TE Taylor Nelson to the Bison last year. This year's 'tonka team featured DT Beau Allen who has a dozen FBS offers at last count.

Welcome to the team Boen! (is that lie "ben" or like "boe-enn?")

NDSU bullied USD again, Anderson had an offer from the Yotes. This must be 6th or 7th recruit we have taken that had a USD offer. We go 3-8 and they still can't compete.

Lets see, play on a questionable USD football program in transition in front of 6000 fans and go to school in dumpy Vermillion or go to a tradition rich football program with great facilities in front of 18,000 fans in Fargo. Easy decision. Even SDSU might fit halfway between. Take that fans of any crap town university in SD!
