ST. FRANCIS, Minn. (AP) - Streaking has become such a problem at high school football games in St. Francis that authorities are considering tougher penalties with more serious consequences.

School punishments can range from suspension to expulsion. Criminal penalties include charges of disorderly conduct.

But one teen accused of streaking could be charged with fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct for exposing himself to a minor under the age of 16. If convicted, he'd have to register as a sex offender for 10 years.

Five students at St. Francis High School have been disciplined for streaking this school year.

Two students there were arrested for streaking at an away game last month. One was charged with disorderly conduct, and the other could face the sexual-conduct charge.

How exaclty is this inspirational? Horny teenagers don't exactly lift my spirits.

You will have to excuse me but----WHAT does streaking have to do with horny teenagers??? Unless the definition of streaking has changed????

They were streaking at high school games, right? Maybe I read it wrong. I assumed it was high school aged people doing these things.

Ok I can see where you are coming from. :D I envisioned teenagers who were horny and thus decided to go streaking. It pays to advertise:D
