Who's better? It seems that NO ONE is giving SIU their due respect and everyone has been giving the conference to UNI because they dominated garbage teams and almost beat Iowa. After seeing the Bison take on both, I have to say that they matched up with us about the same. I got UNI by 2 since they are at home.

I thought SIU looked slow. Not as fast as last year. Plus I didnt think they were as good as last year. I dont know if the wet field had anything to do with it or not.
I think UNI played down and were surprised when we played better than expected. Out D actually showed up at time today. There was pressure on the QB numerous times.
I would never try to predict a score or the outcome of a game as its always to me AGS. But if I had to pick a team I would have to go with UNI.

UNI is a better team... they're very physical and they look good. Although we played them tough and they played average, I think they'll be competing for a national title like last season

Now that we've lost to each of them in spectacularly self-inflicted fashion, and having seen both teams in person, I can safely opine that UNI >> SIU. However, the moustache advantage is clearly in SIU's corner. Hmmmm....

Both teams are beatable. But UNI wins by 10 in this one. SIU just isn't all that and a bag of chips.

UNI has about 150 seniors, that should give them the edge.

already looking forward to that matchup in Dome Jr. next year. Bison will be a lot better and it is hard to imagine UNI improving after losing that many seniors.

however SIU players were pricks to us in carbondale this year as well. so they both suck

End of first quarter, SIU 3 UNI 0 but UNI is knocking on the door with the ball inside the 5 of SIU. If you have MediaComm it's on channel 10.

SIU won by a touchdown. What a win for the Salukis. NO ONE seemed to give them the respect they deserved. I bet everyone will now. Congrats to the Mustache and his boys in Carbondale on a big win.
