Ran into Michael at Granite City tonight and he said he has a 6 week (I believe) trial period built into his contract incase a better deal materializes between now and then. Also, if he stays and plays very well, it will shore up a guaranteed deal with one of these better deals he is looking for for next year. Good luck Mike! Shoot the lights out of the gym! ;)

he was working out this afternoon at the BSA, I'm guessing he's been doing that everyday.

Any idea what kind of money these guys are making?

Someone said Woody could expect ~$100,000/yr a little while back. Not 100% certain on the souce.

Not NBA money, but I bet most NDSU grads would love to walk out with that kind of job offer (not to mention the chance to chill in Europe for a few years doing what you love to do).

Plus pretty much zero living expenses.

Yep, I'd take that.

Heck, I'd even split it with him and still come out ahead :p

Definitely...when I was that age, to be paid like that to play buckets and see the world. Not bad.
