Great comparison NDB2. But its OK, those in power at NDSU think its fair pricing!

What is the big hairy deal? You can still pay $3. You only pay $300 if you want to reserve two spots for the season and get some minor perks. I guess I'm just not seeing what the problem is unless you are offended at the idea that somebody is willing to pony up some more dollars for parking than you and are upset that people are giving their money to NDSU.

2 spots for 5 games for 10+ hours per game is 100+ hours of parking. Believe me, there are LOTS of places you can't park for less than $3/hour - especially not on game day a couple hundred feet from the stadium.

OTOH, you could always tailgate at a camping spot at Graham's Island in Devil's Lake if you are looking for a bargain. :)

I think it's money well spent. Our group of poor 20/30 somethings have four spots.

I just did the math for my real estate in West Fargo. About 8,400 sq. ft.

I should be able to rent it for a year for $1.25 million, sell it for $25 million.

Any takers?

Interesting... Do you think there will be a demand? :)

Hehe, well, I think you'd be better off basing your rent on what you'd pay for a business class plane ticket to London during a busy season on short notice. That must work out to be about $350/sq ft/hour. You could use your first week's rent to build a $20 million addition to the FargoDome. But I suppose realistically, you should stick with Fargo area real estate :) Hmm, the best concert seats at the FargoDome must cost about $100 per sq ft/hour.

Must be a couple of slow works days for NDB2! :D

STOP IT!!!

Math does not belong in any of our bisonville threads. These are the exceptions:

1.) we are counting down the days until kick off
2.) counting up the number of post in a thread about a new QB.
3.) trying to figure out the measurements of chicks in the bikini thread, although 36-24-36 really isn't math.
