PAC 10 - 6
SEC - 3
Big 10 - 2
Big 12 - 2
ACC - 1
Ohio Valley - 1
Summit League - 1

Do you think it helps to play on the west coast or in the southeast? Only NDSU, Ohio State, and Michigan (and maybe Washington) would be considered cold climates. I'm guessing they might have some pretty nice practice facilities.

What a great accomplishment.

Go Bison!

I think its pretty evident from above that the answer is yes. It helps when you can play all year and not have to worry about the white stuff.

GO BISON

Anybody know how many times has the Summit (Mid-Con) conference been represented in the Sweet 16 of softball?

Can anybody believe this!?!?! Our first full year of DI and we have volleyball, basketball, and now softball in the postseason. NDSU has much to be proud of. I think the most impressive thus far has been the softball team. They have got wins and now move on. Getcha popcorn ready!

Once. DePaul made it through the super regional and onto the WCWS in 1999. They finished in third place after double elimination play and just missed making the championship game.

It looks like it will be on ESPN360, however the matchup is not listed. However, there is a super regional game at 6 on Friday on 360.

Coach had the team out to the Spitfire for dinner tonight. Told them that what they did last weekend might have been the greatest accomplishment in the history of North Dakota sports and wished them well as they know that they can get the job done.

Where cvbison1 comes from, he already knows everyone in the bar.

Also, I highly doubt, his bartender will put the Bison game on.

The 2 greatest accomplishments for team sports in the history of North Dakota in a matter of 2 months. Pretty incredible year! Will there be a Co-Team of the year winner for the North Dakota Associated Press? They both deserve the award!
