Why are there player pictures missing from the FB roster?

I think it is because it hasn't been updated yet. If you look at the bio's you can see that they list old information. It usually takes until right before the season starts!

Most of the guys without photos have been recently added, such as Haynes. But there are RFr like Greenprice, Heibling, Liekhus and Buehner. Anybody know if they were on the team last year? Grayshirts? Walk-ons, non-preferred status, if there is such a thing? I assume Flomo is also a transfer?

The photographer takes the players individual pictures during fall camp. The families are able to order pins or any additional pictures. That's the way it has always been done in the past anyway.
