I didn't know where to put this thread so if it's in a the wrong spot a mod can move it. The newest sporting news magazine, if anybody gets it, has a "50 states, 50 rivalries" story in it. Can anybody guess what rivalry they picked for North Dakota?? UND v. NDSU of course. They interviewed Phil Hansen and a former linebacker from UND (can't remember his name, think it started with an "M"). Pretty good read.

Damn, I disappointed. With the title, I expected something to do with the wild and woolly world of sporks. I've got a collection of over 200 taken from such fine restaurants as Taco Bell and KFC. I've got a special, super-rare, five-tined mega-spork that I received while visiting friends in the backwoods of Lithuania(they're famous for their sporks, you know).

I'd really be much rather taking my morning walk, but it's 33 f-ing degrees out!!!! It's the middle of May, goddammit! How about some heat?!?

It was probably Mike Mooney. In '93 at old Memorial, he stripped the ball from some Bison running back, went to the house, and the 12-year streak was OVER!

Ah well...it was a fun memory of the other Mike. There are even good memories from '86-'90, 'cause it was about more than just the football game.
