I am in the Army Guard, and have been on duty for this flood.

I want to thank everyone who may have stopped to offer us food and water and a place to use the rest room. Thank you so much for your support.

More than anything, I want to thank everyone for understanding and staying calm with all of the rules and regulations involving traffic and the dikes.
