#2 Memphis only up by 3 over #15 Northridge at the half. Memphis' Dozier already with 3 fouls.

Currently have the audio from NCAA on. Turned the video on for a second and it looks fantastic, but then turned it off, lest I get in trouble for it before the Bison game even starts!

Anyone else watching/listening/refreshing stats pages today? UNI/Purdue comes on in an hour or so.

Mods, feel free to move this to a different board if more appropriate, just thought it would get more attention here :p

Agreed, if they managed to pull it off, most brackets in the country could throw away that region.

Northridge retakes leads on a Hill 3! How can you NOT cheer for Northridge here? Unless of course you are a Memphis alum.

Protip for anyone at work. CBSsportline has the best site for viewing the live scores. Basic white background, blends in nicely with word and excel docs you may have open on your desktop. ESPN and CNNSI both have to many flashy graphics on their screen that only serve as a flashing red light above your computer to alert your boss that your not working today.

Cal St. loses to Memphis 81-70. Northridge flatlined (literally, look at the score chart) in the last 9 minutes.

I'm bummed for Butler. They had a good run this year but appeared to fizzle a little at the end. They started 3 freshmen and a sophomore though so they should be good for the next few years. These are also guys that will not be leaving early for the NBA. The state of Indiana will now have to rely on Purdue to carry the state flag.

I was shocked when I saw the Memphis score. Just goes to show anything can happen in the NCAAs! Good effort by Northridge especially since they were playing at 9:30 local time.

Watched part of the UNI / Purdue game. I think there were more fans at the Girls A in the Fargodome. TV cameras had a tough time getting a spectator in the field of view.

That's what will happen when you have two Midwestern teams playing in Portland in the middle of the day. They should have a better crowd for the Washington game and the Gonzaga game tonight. If both of those teams lose, it will be empty again on Saturday.

The other thing hurting a city like Portland is there aren't a lot of other cities close either. At least with Indy, we could get fans from Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville, St. Louis, Nashville, Cleveland, etc. that just want to drive in for the day to see good basketball. Portland doesn't have that luxury.

i remember learning about ahelegbe during a lecture on eukaryotic microorganisms.

Didn't watch the game but followed it somewhat online. Great comeback by UNI! I was pulling for Purdue though. They have a good, young team who could make a push for the Elite 8.

I hope to avoid getting banned for pointing this out but it is turning out to be a very bad night for Gopher fans. In addition to the beating Texas is giving Tubby's boys, their other winter men's team is down 2-0 to Duluth after 2. It looks like both teams will end their seasons tonight.

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

I filled out two brackets at work...one for me and one for my wife. I actually put some thought into mine but only had 5 minutes to get hers done before turning it in. After 12 games, she only has 2 wrong and I have 6!!! Goes to show it doesn't pay to think about it.

Both brackets have the Bison winning tomorrow. I don't care if I get it wrong. There is no way I could cheer against the Bison tomorrow just so I get one right on my bracket.
