SDSU Coach Johnston is one of four finalists for the Naismith College Coah of the year Award. The other finalists are Oklahoma's Sherri Coale, Auburn's Nell Fortner, and UCONN's Geon Auriemma. All the other schools feature 1st or 2nd team ALL Americans and a #1 (UCONN, Oklahoma) or #2 (Auburn) seeding in the tourney.
