Single game tickets go on sale Thursday for $71. The website and media is doing a great job of not pointing it out. I didn't realize you could buy a single game ticket because when you visit the Gophersports website, it doesn't mention them at all! It's all the bundle prices. If I was confused I'm sure others are confused too. To the folks who can't afford $193 I thought I'd throw that out there. I for one am waiting till Thursday. Yes, I can afford the spendier tickets but I don't want to thow money down the toilet either and buy tickets to games I'm not going to watch.

They said we only sold 2,000 tickets today. I bet you they are waiting. But I would buy the spendier tickets to ensure you get in.

For a college student the prices are high but getting to witness one of the biggest moments in ND history aint free. How many people will be watching this game on CBS?

It's good for 2 games.

Are the upper deck seats cheaper for a single session, I know they are $135 plus handling for 3 sessions.

Only 2,000 tickets sold today? That's not too impressive. It's not likely to sell out at this rate.

Bought mine yesterday, not sure if that counts towards today.

There is a Forum article that says capacity is 32,000 and 12,000 were sold before the seeds were announced. That leaves 20,000 tickets left. They said on WDAY that 2,000 were sold since then and most were from ND. They allotted 500 student tickets although 400 went to family of the team. 100 students bought the 100 this morning.

So as of right now we probably have 2,000 fans buying tickets.

Those are some real crappy numbers. I hope it's because peoople are waiting for the cheaper $71 tickets to go on sale! I am! It should pick up later in the week. THe only announced the game yesterday.

That's lame. The University should give students free tickets. If you don't have the $70, that sucks, but I'd try anything possible to get to that game if I were you. As a KU fan, I'd give NDSU a 15% chance of winning. You will want to be there if that happens. Just saying, do what you gotta do to get in the arena.

This is the NCAA....they want the money, so probably not until they run out of ink to print them.

Then the trombones bring out the big guns.

Sousaphones do it with three fingers, but trombones do it in 7 positions.* :D

*actually there are 150+ positions, but that's getting into alternate positions....

I just tried to get tickets and it said; "There are currently too few performances available to fulfill this bundle. Please try again later."

What does that mean?

I don't get the error. Are you sure you didn't click NCAA Gymnastics or Hockey by mistake? It's either a glitch or you may want to call.

2,000 tickets sold after 1 day really isn't that bad. May be closer to 2,500 with the student allotment and the 2,000 sold was reported at 6 pm on Monday. I think most of us will be doing the single day tickets. We didn't even know we were playing until 5:15 on Sunday. I just hope people realize they can buy the $71 tickets because I can understand why most can't afford to drop nearly $200 a head. Either way get your asses down there!

There is obviously more demand for the tickets to the 11:30 Fri. session as I just checked Stub Hub and the cheapest ticket (for single session) for 11:30 is $159 and they are selling Fri. Session 2 tickets for $59.

StubHub is a re-seller site. Someone bought a bundle and is then re-selling individual sessions.
