Most of the stuff I get is 2X depending on the cut of the clothes. Sometimes if they make them a tad small I have to go to the 3X stuff. Plus if the stuff has alot of cotton in it it will shrink so I go with the 3X on that stuff also.

The shrinkage factor is why I buy 3x, the last Bison t's I bought in 2x i wore to 2 games. Of course if I didn't spill a bunch of crap on me tailgating I wouldn't have to wash them as much:D

Just went and spent about $250 on NDSU gear at the Scheels in Minot. The Sioux, North Carolina and Duke sisplays were awesome with some top notch clothing. However, all of the NDSU stuff was hung up high and required the use of a pole to get to. Ended up just getting frustrated and buying some Minot State sweatshirts to go along with the NDSU stuff I could get my hands on.

Sorry about the rant, but at least Scheelsguy is willing to look into stuff. Oh, and thanks for carrying the NDSU gear! We just need more of it.

The yellow jersey's were developed as a test. We wanted to see how they looked, how they sold, and how they were received in general. I've had many people ask us to have them made for years now, so we did. Nike did a great job.

Sorry, but we usually only have sizes up to 2X, and sometimes we can find some 3X. We would love to have more extended sizes but in the licensed clothing market the vendors really don't want to make much of it. HOWEVER. Please keep in mind that the embordery shop at the front of the store owns the rights to use the NDSU logo or verbage on custom clothing for you. You can buy clothing in the size you need ANYWHERE and bring it in to make it your own custom Bison gear! We've had some people make some incredible custom product....

Funny little story to share from last week's game. My good friend brings his 10 year old kid to the game. When hearing Heagle's name, the kid asks, "Is his name Golden Eagle?" It was pretty funny, but if he continues to play the way he has been, he'll certainly be worthy of a nickname like that.

Could you get baseball caps that look like helmets? They used to have them in the mid-80s. Basically a baseball cap with the helmet stripe down the middle and Bison logos on each side. I'll try to find my dad's old one and take a pic if needed.

Neat Scheels story I heard this weekend. I was at a family reunion in Pelican Rapids and my cousin was telling me about one of his sons-in-law. This kid (Joe) is a diehard Gopher fan.

A couple years ago, they were in Fargo to see somebody in the hospital. Well, Joe had never been to a Scheels store before so they stopped in to browse. Joe's eyes got big when he saw all the Bison stuff and he assumed that they probably had a bunch of Gopher stuff too. All he found was a couple T Shirts and some shorts.

Even better was when they walked back past the Bison stuff, there was a football game on the TV. You guessed it, the 2007 Gopher game.

Sorry Scheels Guy, Joe might never be back.

So, Sunday, I wore my Bison cap to the reunion and my son was head-to-toe Bison. We talked football and Joe is a pretty good guy. I told him that I am a bit nervous about the upcoming game due to the fact that the Gophers now have a real coach instead of a delusional cheerleader.

True story! I have been there a couple of times now, and agree its bigger than the Fargo store. The indoor aquarium arches over the front entrance on the inside (just after you walk past the checkouts) so you can walk underneath it, very unique. All my coworkers who had never heard of Scheels before are simply amazed at the selection and appearance of the store. A couple of them said they got 'lost' and ended up spending hours in the store.

It was the largest when it opened. But the Sparks NV and Springfield IL stores are both newer and larger I think. I doubt they carry Bison clothing in those locations.

Well in the Eden Prairie mall in Minnesota there is a Scheels. I briefly looked around but didn't see any Bison clothing.
