I think it is always interesting that when universities move from a lower division to DI they need to go through a transition, like NDSUs 5 year deal. Univeristy of Texas San Antonio is starting a football program and will play its first game in 2011. They will be playoff eligible from the beginning.

Anyway, they just hired their first head coach, Larry Coker. How the mighty do fall.
